Unlock levels without playing?

Hi,
I reinstalled my Steam version of defence grid and I want to play Lockdown without doing the 19 previous levels (which I have done before). Is there a way to unlock all the levels without playing them?

type =enzyme in the main menu before clicking the play button.* It will unlock all levels for that session.
