Pre purchased DLC's and Steam

Well it's June 9th and Steam won't load the 2nd DLC. Even though I pre purchased all of em earlier this week.

I've tried verifing the game cache and it says there is a file missing and it will be downloded and then it does nothing.

Any help is appreciated. I'll be posting in the Steam forums as well.

Yup, Steam is having a technical problem.* I've seen email saying they are working on it.* I don't know much more than that.
