Not able to connect to Leaderboards

I am not seeing any scores on the leaderboard. What is the port that is used to access the leaderboard?(443) Is this address for the leaderboards?

That leaderboard is no longer in use.* In March we updated the game to use Steam's leaderboards instead.* You should have received the automatic update.**

Where are the steam leaderboards? The only leaderboards I see are when I load the game.

Sorry for the confusion.* The way you can see the leaderboards is inside the game client, but the back-end where all the data is stored moved from a Hidden Path server to a server run by Steam in March.
