Health bar patch for standalone PC version?

AFAIK, there is an update/patch for the Steam version that has the health bar option. Is a similar patch available for the standalone PC version? If not, is one planned? I think it's been quite a while since the Steam patch was done.

Also, is DLC available for the standalone PC version? The Aspyr website is not particularly helpful.

The standalone version sold by Aspyr*does not have updates or DLC support, but what it does come with is a Steam code so that you could download and install the latest up to date version on Steam.
