Great news! I've notified the folks at SomethingAwful (Kickstarter thread, page 105).

It's the thrill of real-time strategy games, but without the frantic twitch-based gameplay. It's relaxing.

It also provides more of a cerebral challenge than any other real-time strategy game....

If you folk could create some advanced rewards, like what the Wasteland 2 Kickstarter is doing, I would happily contribute many hundreds of dollars to a Defense Grid 2 project. It's a good investment...
