I already win all Challenge Modes with Gold Medal and i can't take "Master Strategist" achievment. If it necessary i can send you my save game file (i found it in steam directory) and you can verify my words. I already ask this question to Steam Support and they recomend me to ask it to your support. My Steam name is Nicantob. Please answer me what i should do.
I'm not sure what the issue would be - Steam acheivements are not stored in the save game, so that won't help - it's all stored online on Steam.* Perhaps our team can look at it - I'll ask.

I've had similar problems with Steam Achievements before. Firstly, if you complete the achievement when Steam is in off-line mode it won't be added (even when you 'Go On-line' with steam and open the game).
You can normally fire the achievement off again if you complete the last part of it - sometimes this works sometimes it doesn't. Try replaying a level (you must complete it to the level you would need to get the achievement!) and them see if you get the achievement added.
I had a similar problem yesterday. I finally got gold on all challenges, leaving 'Last Stand - Story' until last and expected to get 3 achievements (planet defender, alien tears, master strategist.) It only gave me planet defender (silver on all story missions.) Double checked and I did have gold on all story+challenges, so I redid the gold on the first mission 'The Awakening' and it gave me the other two achievements
