Scroll to the bottom. I still don't see a way to get this expansion, but hopefully it's on the way. Still, only 3 new achievements?
Overwhelming Force
Earn a gold medal on the campaign challenge modes of all 8 Resurgence maps.
Decisive Victory
Earn at least 8 gold medals on the campaign modes of any Resurgence maps.
Guerilla Warfare
Earn at least 3 gold medals on the campaign modes of any Resurgence maps
They've been there for awhile now. Resurgence is hopefully coming out this month.
With my luck, they'll come out just as my two weeks of finals begins.
More achievements are better IMO. The 3 have been replaced with 5 total that appear to name specific levels:
Combat Turmoil
Earn a gold medal on the Campaign mode of Service Interruption and Height of Confusion.
Circular Hazard
Earn a gold medal on the Campaign mode of Risk Exposure and Roundabout.
Civil Divergence
Earn a gold medal on the Campaign mode of Urban Planning and Tactical Diversion.
Regional Deluge
Earn a gold medal on the Campaign mode of Kill Zone and Overflow.
Overflowing
Earn a gold medal on all the modes of Overflow
