Would it be possible to setup a single order for all 4 Resurgence map packs and have them download as released, like a combined pre-order? I'm not even looking for a price reduction, just simpler.

My understanding is that when the Steam page is up, you'll be able to do just that and order them all and get them downloaded as they release.

When i try to pre-purchase the map packs 2-4 (after already purchasing map pack 1) I get an error saying I already own the game. I guess I should have done it all at once.
Same thing here. I bought map pack one without looking for the others. Now when I try to buy 2, 3 and 4 it won't let me with the same error message.
I've never contacted Steam before but I'll try and figure out their support system tomorrow and let them know about the error.
i get the feeling theres either a problem with steam at the moment or else its only possible to buy one at a time until they are all released?
i get charged a foreign currency fee each time i buy off steam so wont be buying until i can get them all which is a big shame as im chomping at the bit to pay them!!!
I'll pass the info along as well - I know they were still updating the page later in the day today.

It seems to work now. Packs 2-4 pre purchased just fine.
