Hello:
I tried to launch Defense Grid this morning on Xbox Live - it said there was an update, and I proceeded to do so. After the update, the last 4 mission packs for Defense Grid Resurgence appear as blank boxes with some of the campaign names blanked out. I think they still work, just the screen shots, mission names, and campaign names are gone. How do I fix this?

Try redownloading the expansions.* The update was from November, but perhaps you just got it today.* Also, if your gamertag is stored on an MU or memory stick.* Wait a second or two before pressing the start button to start the game.

I had the same problem. It only happened on pack 4 because I updated the game after installing pack 3 and then installed pack 4.
It fixed itself after I restarted my Xbox.

November update was done when Resurgence came out. I played the game as each expansion pack came out - it is easily one of my favorite games, but I haven't played it in about a week - whatever the update was, it wasn't from November. I have a bunch of stuff in my download queue, so I'll let you know what happens later. Meanwhle, keep the expansion packs coming...

Hmmm, the only update was prior to the expansions, and it wouldn't be possible to play the expansions without the update.* Something doesn't sound right here.

I'll ask Microsoft about it, we didn't give them an update recently.

It probably was the original update downloaded again. Did you clear HD cache or something? When this happens it deletes any game updates that were downloaded. Are other games with past updates prompting for updates again?
As for the issue itself, I had the same problem. Are you loading your gamer profile or DG game save from an MU? If so, move it to the HD. Jeff posted this solution to the forum a short while back: http://defensegrid.hiddenpath.com/node/1012.
