Where to download Defense Grid: Gold without needing a service?

Hi - does anyone know where I can purchase Defense Grid: Gold without requiring a download service like Steam? I'm just looking for the game - I don't use Steam or any of the other services and am not a fan of extra stuff running on my machine just so I can get one game I like.

Right now, Defense Grid Gold is available through Impulse, WildTangent and OnLive.* It is not available on Steam (though all the components that make it up are on Steam).* It will be coming to some other services soon.
