XBOX 360 Multiple problems

First off, since this is my first post, lemme say thanks to Jeff and the rest of the team for making one of the best games I've ever played. Very rarely does a game hold my attention this long.

I downloaded the Resurgence pack, got all golds, and was going back though the Awakening to finish off a few golds but I keep getting the error screen about the achievements everyone else is getting. I never got it before I DL'd resurgence packs. Now I get it on every level. Thats not a problem, but now, the game freezes my xbox a lot. No other game does it and it's an almost new xbox. So I transferred over to my brothers xbox and it still freezes the system to the point where I have to shut down. I'm not trying to complain here, I just want to bring this to the dev's attention.

I am *REALLY* looking forward to more downloadable maps, expansions, and SEQUELS! Please don't let a phenomenal thing go away guys. You have our upmost and complete support. Good job! Please let us know if you need any play testing, hehe..

I've gone back to the folks at Microsoft to see what they think the issue could be.* We're not sure what we could be doing in the game to cause this, but if there is something that falls on the product rather than on LIVE, we'll definitely try to address it.

GOOD NEWS!*




Our colleagues at Microsoft have discovered the source of the Defense Grid achievement problem that some users are having and it has been corrected and verified by the Xbox LIVE team!


Now that this issue is fixed there are a couple things you should know


1. Players who have not yet earned the Achievement, should now be able to successfully earn the achievement once they meet the requirements.


2. However, players who have met the Achievement requirements but didn’t receive it will have to recover their profiles in order re-earn it.* For instructions on how to do this, please refer to the following support site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907333?sd=xbox

I'm not sure this issue has been fixed because this is exactly the problem I was having, which now seems to be much worse after downloading You Monster.
I love this game and I hate to moan, but putting half-an-hour into a level, only for it to crash at the end is quite annoying, to say the least.

Agreed - it isn't fixed. There appear to be multiple problems. We had a good discussion with Microsoft on Friday and are waiting to hear back how they will allow the game to be fixed (there are a couple of approaches). It really pains us that this is happening to you. Hope to know more on Monday.
