Revisiting with pleasure

It's been a while since I've played this game. I think I managed to get gold on everything in the original pack a while ago. But I'm replaying it from the beginning, trying to score in the top 1000 everywhere this time. I've had to revamp my strategy several times so its like it's a new game for me.

I just finished with a good score in Focal Point story, so I have a long ways to go. If anyone would like to compare their scores with me, friend me in Steam, my name is 'pholtz' there.

I'm still disappointed with all the hacks in the leaderboard. It seems like a simple way to get rid of most of the hacks would be to ban everyone from all boards that has an impossible score in the very first level, 'The Awakening'. That's the only level where I am not in the top 1000 and have no hope to achieve it . But then, deleting all the hacks I am 'tied' for the top place!

Flight Plan was tough to break into the top 1K. It took me a couple of days to find the towers that would do it. I still have to do Poison Core, I think I'll really have to front load the damage on that one.
