Problems with Achievements

I'm getting pretty tired of this now and was hoping someone might explain this to me.

I am trying to complete the achievements Minimalist & Shock Shelled ( Only cannon towers ) but with no success..

I have completed story, story challenge, 1 core etc, with only lvl 1 cannon towers. And the maps are above the Out of fuel map, mostly I have tried this on Waste Plant or whats its name, and Turnabout.

It's a great game overall, but the info: "Complete it on an advanced mission".
Seriously, could it be less informative?
Since you, obviously, decided to make some missions Advanced while some aren't, couldn't you at least put some kind of mark on those who are?

I love this game, but this is exactly the kind of things that with ease can make me uninstall a game from my comp and never give it another go..

So I guess what I'm saying is simply: A little more specified information, please?

Still, great game! Would be nice with some sort of multiplayer though *hint*

"Advanced" missions are any missions from level 5 "Out of Fuel" and onward.

Thanks much for comments.* It turns out some achievements require you not to sell any towers as selling might allow one to get around the actual objective.* Those two - Minimalist & Shock Shelled are achievements like that and require you not to sell any towers.* I apologize that wasn't more clear.
