Computer Crashing at Turnabout
Every time I launch the mission Turnabout
I get a blue screen and dump and reboot
I do not get this with any other game.
I can play earlier missions without a problem.
I bought the game through Direct2Drive and it came with Steam
I am running Vista x64 Business.
4Gb Ram
1Gb Graphics Card (nvidia)

Hmm, I haven't heard of a specific level crash before.
Two things come to mind. First, most reported crashes come because the computer video card overheats. I suppose it is possible that this level and the towers that you are using on it is pushing the video card more than other levels and your computer is crashing. To verify this isn't the case, see if you can monitor the GPU temperature and see if gets excessively hot during this level.
The other thing that comes to mind since you are identifying a specific level is that perhaps in the installation one of the package files was corrupted and when playing this level it needs to load a resource that is no longer available. Removing the game files and having Steam reinstall them would be one way to solve that problem.
One last thing to consider is if you have changed your computer system (added a new antivirus software package, changed drivers, etc.) since you last played the game and while you are now playing Turnabout, actually any level will now crash. The way to verify this isn't the case is of course to try another level and see if you have any issues.
Let me know if any of these leads help you out. There are no known crash bugs in the game.
