As Animation Director, you will manage the animation team, collaborate with stakeholders to develop the animation vision and style for all animation content, serve as an evangelist for the established vision, and assist in the planning and execution for all animation content.

You should be comfortable with leading and managing teams, have a strong understanding of animation pipelines, be experienced with planning animation content, and experienced directing animation to meet the defined vision. The Animation Director will establish strategic direction and best practices to ensure capabilities align to business and development objectives. With broad experience in visual communications, you will serve as a trusted advisor for peers, partners, stakeholders and team members.

As a Senior Progression Designer, you will be responsible for designing, tuning, and documenting the progression, game economy, and reward systems for a single-player, open world AAA RPG.

This is a role with a lot of coordination and collaboration work. Good communication skills and a proactive mindset are very important. This is also a generalist role where you may be asked to help fill in on other areas of design, so curiosity and an eagerness to consume new ideas and learn new systems is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on progression systems for an open-world RPG. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Terrain pipelines for open world game development and their implementations within Unreal Engine 5.

You will be responsible for creating engaging terrain that not only excel artistically, but also work as a well-crafted gameplay space. You will work closely with Tech Art and Design teams to help drive the terrain development pipeline that can attain artistic standards set by Art direction.

As senior terrain artist will be working closely with the Design Team, Technical Art Team, Environment Art Team, Art Director and other project stakeholders.
