OUR STUDIO

Hidden Path Entertainment has offices in Bellevue, Washington just outside of Seattle, with both in-office employees living locally, and remote employees located across North America.  We collaborate together whether in-person or online, and our job openings allow for remote work-from-home or relocation to the Pacific Northwest.

OUR TALENTED & Diverse Team

Hidden Path Entertainment’s culture has drawn talent from all over the world to create video game experiences that resonate with our audience of core and mainstream gamers. Our team is growing and currently has over 65 experienced game developers.  The team includes designers, artists, programmers, audio specialists, quality assurance testers, and producers; each averaging over a decade of experience in the game industry with many shipped titles per person.  The team comes from a variety of backgrounds, with each person bringing their own unique point of view and identity to our games.

OUR CULTURE

Creating a studio with a positive culture takes time, and over more than 16 years, we’ve shaped what makes Hidden Path Entertainment the studio it is.  These elements aren’t always easy to stick with, but we’re committed to these principles and their combined outcome.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Since formation, Hidden Path has shipped over 25 games and products that have been played on Windows PCs, 5 different console platforms, and more than 5 different VR platforms.  This experience has been instrumental in honing our studio’s approach of close collaboration and partnership across all game disciplines.  Along with strong subcontracting partners to increase our capability, we have built a production methodology that is capable of managing all aspects of game development from concept to multiplatform final.

OUR GOALS

We entertain players.  We want them to have fun and be delighted playing our games.  We want the people making those games to be in a position to give their best, show what they can do, demonstrate their skills and talents and collaborate together to create the best entertainment we can with the resources available to us.  For the team to be able to do that, we need to be honest, open, and transparent with our team and with our partners.  By setting the correct expectations, and solving problems creatively and collaboratively, we can set ourselves up to have the best path to continuously make new and great games, continuously learn and become even better, and continue to entertain players together, game after game.
