A successful creative culture requires both considerate feedback and constant improvement. We work hard to accept critique openly and give critique wisely and kindly. People are behind the product, and we need to care for both in our quest to delight and entertain players.
NO CRUNCH
We believe trying to work too quickly or too long (often called crunch in our industry) is foolish and destructive — and long-term damage crunch creates far exceeds any perceived short-term benefits. Responsible development is being honest and up-front, building reasonable schedules with reasonable backup plans, and being able to respond to changing conditions.
