We are the people who make Hidden Path Entertainment the company it is, and we believe that great games come from a team that works well together — one where they can share their variety of backgrounds and experiences with each other and bring it all together into a great game experience for players.

We are an independent game developer committed to work life balance.
No crunch hours or insane workloads at Hidden Path.  We believe that you should flourish in your job, not just tolerate it.  And we believe this approach results in better people and better products.

Currently, we are working on a AAA open-world, third person, single player RPG set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe.

Employees are remote or at our Bellevue, WA offices, working a 40 hour week with daily overlapping hours between 10am and 4pm Pacific Time.

We are following protocols established by the CDC and Public Health – Seattle & King County with respect to COVID-19. We have made our workplace available to up to 25% of employees who request access in advance, but are not requiring anyone to come to the studio. We are supporting employees working from home to the best of our ability.
